We are The Listening Co., an independent provider of bespoke client feedback programs and due diligence support.

We interview your key clients, on your behalf to provide you with an informed and insightful perspective of the status of your client relationship – what is going well and importantly what you can do to cement an even more rewarding relationship with your clients.

Being fully aware of how your clients feel about you – what you, your business and teams are doing well so that you can explore growth opportunities is or should be really important to you! However, equally important, if not more so, is the identification of unseen business risks. Founding Partner

Dan has enjoyed a successful career leading client relationships and engaging with the most senior management stakeholders at companies such as IKEA, Unilever, L'Oreal and Telefonica. He is now keen to deploy this experience to allow TLC’s partners to grow their business relationships.  Dan believes that the toughest but most important goal is to ask the questions that matter most to clients and, through listening and filtering responses being able to advise the changes to make to add maximum performance improvement.

Alex’s experience over 25 years has been in the communications and tech sectors, driving revenue and business growth. He held national, regional and global management roles within WPP and has lived and worked in London, Warsaw, Cape Town, Singapore and New York.  His passion is for what makes relationships sing, using empathy and communication skills to build high performance cultures and teams that thrive in collaborative client centric environments.
