Our core service offering is broken down into 4 key elements:
TLC work collaboratively with you, our client to identify your key client stakeholders whom you should seek insight from on the current status of your relationship.
Working together we will construct the interview set utilising the TLC toolkit.
TLC will engage directly with the selected interviewee(s) to schedule 1-2-1s either via online webcalls or if required face-to-face sessions for data gathering, ensuring that you are kept updated at all times.
TLC conduct the interview process, gathering both qualitative and quantitative data to build a comprehensive picture of your current relationship status.
On completion of all interview sets, TLC will review the data gathered, analysing the results and just what they mean for you. Identifying any common themes and bringing to the surface the key points.
The final stage in our process will be the client report - this will consist of a top-level summary 'TLC Flash Report' which provides a clear and concise view using the key metrics in a RAG traffic light format, and your NPS score.
Accompanying our 'TLC Flash Report' will be a more comprehensive report which will enable you to drill into specific details for greater analysis.
